When I first saw the thread title I got excited and thought perhaps there was a new Burger King location opening NEAR ME!.........Bummer,

I love the whopper and now I have to drive all the way to Shaughnessy to get one. Seems like they've closed quite a few over the years especially in the South. I beleive there are only 6 locations in the entire city now and maybe one at the airport?

First they closed the one on MacLeod that is now a "White Spot"
Then they closed the one on MacLeod that is now a guitar shop
Then they closed the one in Queensland that is now a ?????

I often dream of the forever vacant lot on the NW corner of Southland and Elbow sprouting up a BK. Mmmmmm.

As far as Tim's goes, I couldn't care less.
