Plenty of clauses in contracts where the player would lose wages, get fined for bad behaviour but this is the first time I've heard of a player getting a financial incentive for good behaviour.
Or is it just the same thing with reverse wording? i.e. he gets 120k/week but can lose up to 40k for poor behaviour? In most general contracts is there a provision that they get paid less if suspended?
