Yes there has been many years that I rather have had young prospects playing instead of the country club gang , but looking back at it management was right. How many of those prospects went onto be good Nhl players? The sad truth was that our prospects of yesteryears sucked.

I'm particularly disappointed in Setoguchi. He's widely considered a lazy player, who shouldn't be a signing from an organization that wants the identity of being hard working. I think he's a bad influence, and given the message from management that its better to incubate prospects, I have a feeling it won't be a competitive training camp when destinies are already foreseen for our prospects.
