I was talking along the lines of personal use. If you have a phone at home, you don't need a cell phone as well.

Actually, you'd be fired if you didn't pick up your cell in my line of work. I'm constantly out on the field, so my work and client can only get in touch with me via cell. And yes, work would be haulted, resulting in millions of lost dollars if I can't respond.
