On a serious note, what's the Witcher series like? I've heard some awesome, albeit vague things about it. Makes me want to pre-order it, but I don't really have an idea of what kind of game it is.

I watched a stream of both 1 and 2 and you can skip 1 without missing much besides glitchy gameplay. 2 looked awesome and I think I will play it although it was on sale last weekend and I waffled
