I have an MA (economics) from the University of Calgary and I also have my chartered business valuator desigination (CBV).
I work in Project Finance/Project Management in the energy industry. Basically, I do the economic/financial modelling for capital investments and try to get them to financial close.
It can be difficult. Right now I am in the North trying to get a couple hydroelectric projects done on a PPP basis. Very challenging. Extremely frustrating!
