I'm not excusing it, but is it really fair to piss someone off by cutting them off (or some such thing), and then once they're mad, to pull over and jump out with a camera and record them getting even angrier that you're literally outside the window, with a camera in their face?
He's lucky he's picking on a woman, because a lot of dudes would have reacted with a car door to the lens/face instead of a bunch of racist trash talk.
