You have an extra set of [ IMG ] and [/IMG] tags in there. Delete the first and last tag.
It's currently this:
[ IMG ][ IMG ]http://i.imgur.com/Z5vnFSG.jpg?1[ /IMG] [ /IMG ]
Should be this (no spaces):
[ IMG ]http://i.imgur.com/Z5vnFSG.jpg?1[ /IMG]
