Moore was looking for 68 million, I would think he agreed to significantly less. I would bet its in the 10 to 20 million dollar range.

I'm willing to be that a lot of anger on Moore's part at the start of this has faded. Frankly the kid is pretty much wrecked for life, but dealing with this has to be exhausting.

I'm sure on Bertuzzi's side they took a sobering look at how damaging this case could be and decided not to take a chance on getting this in front of a judge.

The NHL will be glad if this goes away and the Canucks will probably have to pay into this.
