The boss is a cheapskate, so renting out any room in the downtown core is not even a consideration. Hence why he wants to look at golf courses.

Too bad about no downtown - I use the Metropolitan Centre all the time for my company.
Other option is look at restaurants? Some have large rooms or can rent out the whole building for you. I remember going to an event at Teatro once.
