Have not personally... but I know some Europeans that have and they didn't have too many issues unless it was due to a LCD tint issue (where they charged people for replacing LCD tint issues on early production units due to improper LOCA curing... this was because it fixes itself over time). Broken phone they replaced in the one case I know about. Also problems with buying the phone because of page issues... I believe rico had some problems, but that might have been because the invite issues after the original expiry.

Their policy is somewhere on there as well... I'll see if I can find it later when I'm not posting in the middle of the night groggy. haha. Their problem with support is scaling atm
