On that topic:
It grinds my gears just the tiniest bit when someone responds to a top 5 thread with "here's my top 5, and here's one or two honorable mentions."
It also grinds my gears a little when someone responds, "I'm just going to count these 2, 3, 5, etc. as 1."
It grinds my gears a lot when someone responds "oh, I couldn't possibly pick just 5, so here's, like 20 of them." If you can't actually put in the little bit of an effort to make some hard choices, don't bother.
