I mean, he's wrong about being alienated, but he's not exactly wrong with the second part. Still can't be bothered to care what with all the crying it took him in order to come to a valid point.

It's a two week tournament where you play a maximum of 7 games. Of course they're not looking to fix problems. Even if they tried, the tournament would be over before they'd even start to make a difference.
