I think Gibbons is too loosy goosey. A manager's job is more important off the field. Batting practice, fielding practices, base running practice etc.. And players don't get punished for making dumb errors. There is no reason why Rasmus and Francisco keep making the same mistakes over and over again and are still in the lineup. I feel the players don't respect him, they're not scared of him. Just seems like Gibbons doesn't care.. he gives off that vibe.
As for AA I agree with you, Rogers isn't going to give more, it's already 140 million.
