Ontario is having a crappy one as well (after a terrible winter).
It just figures too. For the 4 years before this summer, I lived in a tiny upstairs condo with no AC and windows only on one side. All summer long, in was no cooler than 30C in there. I am sure I went weeks without getting more than a few hours of sleep a night.
This year I move into a well ventilated house with AC, and I haven't had to turn it on once (it still has the cover on it from winter). The frickin' furnace actually kicked in last night and it's August.
