That said, Trying to sign Hayes (non-NHL player, no need to move another asset) would be a typical Cheveldayoff move. Closest thing to making a splash that franchise would have made since coming to Manitoba.

I agree but they have a lot of nice pieces moving forward. That would be a pretty nice team to inherit when they inevitably do fire Chevledayoff.
