I returned to the previous concept of my speech bubble logo proposal, which is rather minimalist and closed. The motion is now depicted by a simple triangle which is supposed to visually balance the tip of the speech bubble on the opposite side.

A symetrical version would look as follows (it's perhaps less dynamic but the triangle can be seen as a mountain here with some imagination)
