I always thought that the whole point of Superman was that he was the most powerful being on Earth, but his strong moral code reined him in so that he wasn't an absolute despot. I'm waiting to see where they go with things, but Superman is kind of coming across as a bad guy who needs to be redeemed at this point. He's literally responsible for killing thousands of people and the genocide of the last members of his own race. I think that Christopher Reeve would have figured a way out of that.
Also, I'm avoiding Green Arrow on tv for the exact reason that I don't trust them to leave in the humour. Green Lantern's jokes were written by an 11 year old for the big screen, and I'm terrified of they've done to GA. Won't watch Flash until I'm convinced it's not "Dark Flash from the Depths of Grimville". Aquaman is fine dark.
