I am not in calgary , it doesnt really matter if its common or not or where it is .
Its about he misinformation that i have received and we spent good money on an inspection. I would have not spent that knowing it was wood foundation.
Thanks realtor1 i will contact my realtor and hopefully they will pay for it.
i also have an email with the owners knowing its a wood foundation and the . original print out of the add saying its concrete foundation . I am going to confront them with this info and hopefully they payout , otherwise i guess its small claims court
