And with no changes! It looks great, but you'll get an onslaught of "well, just change this and that".

Boo to that, you chose great, sharp colours and have good spacing, where there's a lot in there but non of it looks forced or cramped. Excellent work.

EDIT: I think everyone's ideas have been great, but I do think everyone has taken the term "logo" to mean it has to be like a team logo, as in it's small and would look good on a jersey. Then one like this comes a long and it's like "Oh yeah, it's a message board logo, it can be long, it can have a couple of things going on". It's going to sit on the top of a webpage, not get printed onto jerseys.
