Yes, If you love good food Victoria is your place. Visa 18 is good. I use to work there when It was Bon Rouge.
Music in the park now happens multiple times a week now , in multiple spots in Victoria.
Like you said There are good things to do. You do need to know what you want to do tho otherwise you will find it quite difficult.
