Well I could be wrong but I don't think so. Not sure how you can argue the Sens are a better team without Spezza when he was injured most of last year and look where they finished. Now look where they finished the year before. Take a look at Ottawa's roster and tell me next to possibly Buffalo who has a worse group in the East?
