I see Vancouver in 7-9 spot. The Oilers have improved quite a bit over last year (some more size and an actual (mediocre) NHL level D). I see them around 10-11. Calgary has not really replaced Cammy's offense, and I expect a bumpy ride for the youngsters, so I see them in last spot this year.
