Depending on the day, the Inner Harbour has buskers performing (like Darth Vader playing a fiddle)
Mini-World and the Bug Zoo are awesome.
Will you have access to a car? The next week or so is supposed to be completely sunny and 25+, so it's gonna be awesome. I can offer more suggestions knowing on what your scope is.
