How many 9.5 to perfect 10 scores has IGN handed out for Sony exclusives? Way, way too many.
I believe lots of game reviewers were on the anti-Microsoft bandwagon this time last year because DRM seemed to really hit the nerves of a lot of them and were looking at any and all negatives to the point where things snowballed and XB1 simply wasn't going to get the benefit of the doubt in hardware or software reviews. Ryse was a victim of that. There is really no other way you can explain the low scores of Ryse as it's as good or better as a whole than a lot of games that have averaged 8/10 scores on Metacritic yet it got scores that are typically reserved for unplayable garbage.

Forza/Titanfall got crazy high scores...I wouldn't assume some anti-microsoft bias the game is just not that good. Obviously the 3-10s are too low but the game is a 6 tops it looks nice but thats about it. My opinion that many people share. When games actually start coming to the system it will be long forgotten.
