Actually, what I would like is to see one of these countries offer the Palestinians an Iron dome for defense, ideally in exchange for rockets that they possess. Offer them a means to protect themselves while lessening offensive capabilities. I think the 43% of Gazans that are under the age of 15 deserve to be afforded a defense from missiles.

Yeah as long as Hamas remains in power in Palestine I would hope that no Western nation would be stupid enough to provide them with any kind of weaponry.
Plus it wouldn't be iron dome style of technology if you were going to give Palestine weapons, it would be anti-aircraft and anti-personal and anti-armor weapons which would easily translate in Hamas' hands into terror weapons.
