First off there is absolutely zero proof that there were rockets being fired from beside that school. Secondly, It is not a proper response to shell an area filled with women and children because of rocket fire. There are much better ways to deal with the situation. These Hamas rockets have killed 3 civilians. Israel isn't in grave danger that the shelling of a U.N shelter is appropriate. It is kind of sad that I even have to say that.
