Correction, it would seem Resolute, Chill Cosby, and MarchHare do it antagonize because they have now been made aware of why somebody might be inclined to park away from others. Can somebody please explain to me why that makes me entitled?

Are you saying that in the last 24-36 hours I have gone from not knowing about this rule, to knowing about it and saying I would try to keep it in mind, to being antagonistic in my parking habits?

None of your scenarios are realistic. I see multiple "relatively expensive" vehicles in parking lots every day, 90% of which are parked amongst everyone else, every once in a while, one is parked by itself. You know what else I see equally as often? Old, slightly beat, average vehicles parked all by their lonesome.

Now tell me, honestly, if you hadn't ever heard of this rule, and you'd seen nice cars parked amongst other cars, while both nice cars and junk cars park in the middle of nowhere, how would you gather some unwritten rule was in play without any evidence of rhyme or reason? You come off entitled because you don't accept that anybody could possibly see things differently than yourself. It's the divine fallacy.

Maybe it's not that your stance is wrong. Maybe it's that your definition of "relatively expensive" is wrong. You've qualified multiple times as a car that has some above-average level of value, but what's that? Is every car, even beaters off limits when parked alone? If so, that makes sense. Are only genuinely top end cars, classic cars, exotics, etc. off limits? Because that makes sense. But if it's a BMW, an Audi, a Mercedes... yeah, it doesn't make sense, because those cars aren't significant or unique. Those are EVERYWHERE, and 90% of them park amongst everyone else.
