Because I honestly don't believe you. I cannot believe that in your entire life you have never seen a normally distributed parking lot where the density of vehicles decreases as you move away from the door, and then there is one relatively expensive car parked far away from all the others. I don't believe that you are stupid enough to not think of a reason why that car might be parked there.

I'm pouting because we've established that there's no reason to park immediately next to that car parked far away from the others but to antagonize people who don't like door dings.
