I get what you're saying. There's no rule, and no one has the right to get upset about you doing it, but it usually pretty obvious that they parked back there to isolate themselves. Why do it?
Would you walk into an empty stadium washroom and use the urinal directly next to someone else because it was the first urinal you saw?
