Sure I can, it doesn't upset me when someone does this, but I definitely judge them. I really don't care one way or the other, none of my vehicles are that nice, but what possible, legit reason could there be to park right beside a car that's sitting all alone with dozens of empty spots around it?
Not talking about a busy lot, that's fair game, but I've scratched my head a few times when parking my truck in the middle of a sea of empty parking spaces and had someone pull into the one spot right next to me - remember, empty parking lot.
