Anyways, I think you are scraping the bottom of the barrel with the types of people it could possibly effect. I think society would be better off if you just made it outright illegal for "older people" not to be able to score at all with 14/15 year olds.

Maybe, but I think people using the examples of 40 year olds, and older, chasing after 14 year olds, are also scraping the bottom of the barrel with their examples.
There are many grey areas inbetween that should be considered and studied before legislation is introduced. I understand that Harper is thinking with his heart and all, but that does not always mean it is for the best.
