Do you *have* to give the name of the father in that situation? I honestly don't know, but I've never heard of that.
STD tests - for the names of partners, I believe you only need to supply it for HIV if you test positive? I think that is the only situation.

Quite often, any councilor or doctor will request to meet the partner. And given how ignorant even some adults are when it comes to brith control and other sexual issues, that is a good. Concealing their identity is probably not the best thing for them to do, which would probably end up happening more.

No. I recognize the need for an age limit. I just think that 14 is reasonable, although admittedly, the lower end of reasonable. I wouldn't be upset if it was raised, but I do question whether it is prudent to do so if you look at the bigger picture. Anywhere between 14 and 16 is probably good enough I suppose.
