I'm pretty sure our downstairs neighbor files a complaint on my place if we're doing anything other than having a quiet conversation. I'd bet the last complaint was angry sounding because it was 10:15 and she started banging on the ceiling and I just yelled back at her to chill the #### out. We were playing Smash Brothers, not heavy drinking and partying like a previous complaint alleged (and I quote... "I'm worried about what will happen when Stampede starts").

As a side note...does the condo board accept complaints about smoking weed making me close my windows? It grinds my gears when she does that.
