They're using old Telus CDMA Spectrum and towers. Not sure beyond that to be honest, think they started out of Vancouver. No LTE, not even access to HSPDA+.
Looking at their plans hey don't even look that great compared to Wind's, though I guess if they have access to Telus towers and spectrum they're overall nationwide coverage will be okay, just old and slow.
Quickly going over it, they don't look at all appealing to me.
