The going price for good but not great college free agents last year was a 4th rnd pick. Knight for example. So I still see Arnold as around that value.

Well the going rate for pending free agents is low because teams are trying to get anything for an asset they are losing. If the Panthers were able to retain the rights for Corban Knight without him walking for nothing I suspect his value would be higher than a 4th.
Anyways no biggie - just an odd way to rank prospects.
