If you watch the video in 1080P at full-screen, when it zooms out, it looks like the wing is split front-to-back, not one on top of the other.

You can see how the guns are mounted. The bottom gun is attached to the front of the wing, which curves down at the end. The top gun is attached at the back of the wing, which curves up.
