To name a few athletes; Fedor Emelianenko, Zdeno Chara, Jarome Iginla, Georges St. Pierre can do atleast 20. I don't follow football, baseball or basketball so I don't know their training regimens. The average person can do 0 to 1 as they never practice it regularly. I could do about 40 poor form, 15 or so proper form and I'm no professional athlete. If Bennett could do none his upper body is not very strong and thus needs improvement as his shoulders will get injured easily.

You know what, I think Bennett
might be aware that his upper body strength is something to work on.
After the embarrassing amount of media coverage, and knowing how competitive this guy is, I wouldn't be surprised if he came into training camp with arms like tree trunks.
