Having seen Bruins testing, training with mma fighters, research into exercise for over a decade, training with an army lieutenant.
To name a few athletes; Fedor Emelianenko, Zdeno Chara, Jarome Iginla, Georges St. Pierre can do atleast 20. I don't follow football, baseball or basketball so I don't know their training regimens. The average person can do 0 to 1 as they never practice it regularly. I could do about 40 poor form, 15 or so proper form and I'm no professional athlete. If Bennett could do none his upper body is not very strong and thus needs improvement as his shoulders will get injured easily.
