White phosphorus and shrapnel shells in densely populated areas.

I know captaincrunch is particularly abhorrent of the "ball bearings" in the rockets used by Hamas.

Surely, flechette rounds will illicit an even stronger reaction from him.
Neither side is exactly Emily Post here. I would prefer that Israel not use things like Flechette shells. At the end of the day Israel will still have to live with the Palestines in close proximity.

I am onboard with an operation that is focused around the destruction of the tunnels, destruction of weapons cache's and an added bonus of the removal of Hamas from a leadership position or at least the destruction of Hamas' military wing.

I so strongly condemn the use of in discriminant anti personal weapons in a dense civilian area. Whether its the Palestines and their rockets or Israel and heavy artillary.

Make no mistake though, realistically these rounds are literally no different then your standard air burst artillery barrage, neither of which should really be used in an heavily populated area. I think militarily and its a deadly and dumb strategy but is the easiest on civillians so to speak is to use infantry to clean out every building, but there will still be massive casualties on both sides.

There is no international body with the strength or desire to go in there, separate the two sides and take out the Hamas ability to resupply, rearm and launch rockets.

I think that all we can hope for is a quick offensive by Israel that ends soon.
