Hitler's personal religion is immaterial. What's historically important is that his mind was poisoned with anti-Semitic beliefs because of centuries of European Christians scapegoating Jews for everything from killing Jesus to causing the Black Death. And it was only this attitude, shared by millions of Christians around the world, that enabled the Holocaust. Remember, Hitler didn't personally murder six million Jews -- he needed a ton of manpower to complete the Final Solution. Almost all of German soldiers who completed the grim work of the Holocaust were Christians.
