This isn't just some silly thing you can google and pick off the first few hits and declare you self a subject matter. Holy crap guys, 'i have google here too' Seriously? If that is all you use to 'research' then you really have no leg to stand on.
The party, led by hitler was not christian. If you take umbrege to the word 'athiest' fine. I won't say that. The top party guys bought in. They were none of them christian. Get some real arguments or at least be civil.
As for the masses committing the various footwork, I don't have an answer for that other than some type of mass phycosis, it is perplexing i can agree to that.
