Look at Kevin Hayes first two seasons at Boston College. Pretty much identical stats to Janko but on a better offensive team.
He doesn't seem to be written off and he is looking like he will be highly sought after on August 15th.
Seems like a pretty good comparable for being patient with Jankowski.
