It's worth pointing out that Corban Knight was 20 years old during his Sophmore year while Jankowski was 19. Both are September birthdays too.
So you should compare Knight's 1st year stats to Jankowski's 2nd:
Knight had 13 points in 37 games (6G + 7A), Jankowski had 25 points in 39 games (13 goals and 12 assists).
Knight became a PPG player during his 20, 21, and 22 year old seasons. It will be interesting to see what Jankowski does this year entering his 20 year old season.
