Wotherspoon, because the Flames need defensemen to step up and play and he is perfectly positioned to do just that. There are only so many positions available on the hockey club and you need to weigh the potential of a player breaking into the mix at that position. Of the Players left, and the development path they are on, Wotherspoon is the best suited and positioned to jump into the mix on the big club. Reinhart is there too, but he's stuck in a log jam in the middle and will likely have to switch to the wing to make the club. Reinhart has to wait for Stajan to be dealt away before he can make that center ice position his. Gives Wotherspoon the advantage.
