So, what do you do when the player you would have voted for in a ranking is already off the board?
Let's say that your personal ranking was Bennett, Baertschi, and Gaudreau as 1, 2, 3... So, you vote for Bennett first. Gaudreau wins the first round. For the second round, you still believe that Bennett is the best player on the list, but you vote for Baertschi instead? Then, the third round comes along, and your vote is for Gaudreau, but he's off the list...so, do you just not vote that round or do you vote for your #4?
