Unless you are going off traffic, 20 minutes is a big stretch in my experience. I think you're looking at 35 to 45 (or a fair bit more depending upon where you live in St. Albert) if you have to travel during rush hour to get to the core.
Wow, I have a completely different experience. Maybe it matters where in downtown. I have a lot of early meetings beside the courthouse and I can get there in 25 minutes. Getting home at the end of the day is longer, but still not terrible.
