this isn't a standard war zone by any stretch. Usually a air warning will go out telling commercial planes not to fly over the area because of the danger of either intentional or unintentional shoot downs.

A lunatic posting on twitter for example doesn't count.

Plus no one probably thought that the Separatists would be driving around in a mufti-million dollar medium range mobile air defense system.
