I can't see why he wouldn't. Last year I think was his first full season. He started using his body more, probably realized that it takes a toll on the body more, and now with the added strength and size he can use it more, while being more durable.
I hope people aren't expecting a player that is going to throw his weight around with big hits and such, just doesn't have the personality to be that type of player. I do think he'll be a very hard player to get off the puck, as well as he'd probably win a lot more puck battles while creating more space for both himself and his line mates.
