Sure it sticks out, but that's because a good chunk of downtowns buildings are just brown crap. The goal should always be to elevate every new tower towards a higher standards, not bring it down to the level of the mediocre 70s. Once we get Telus and Brookfield in there, and keep adding more glass condos, the Bow will look a little more comfortable in it's surroundings.
